Reservations and Cancellation policy
Deposits: We require a deposit of 50% upon booking. Your booking is confirmed with your deposit and all other requests are turned away. If we do not receive your deposit within 10 days you will be notified that we have not received it. The booking will be cancelled at that time if we do not get a response. Balance of rental to be paid by cheque/cash or by Visa/ Master Card upon arrival. Make cheques payable to Balm Beach Resort.
Parking: There is limited parking and most units have only 1 parking spot. Additional parking is available upon request.
Visitors: No visitors are allowed on the property unless authorized by management. Visitors put an added strain on the facilities and may disrupt the enjoyment of other guests wanting to use the picnic tables, BBQ etc. We do allow visitors but need to be informed before they are on the premises.
Room Occupancy: The capacities of units are determined by the fire department and cannot be increased.
Pets:Please call.
Smoking: All are rooms are non smoking.
Noise: Bylaw prohibits noise after 11pm . Please be respectful of other guests.
Guests that are in violation of the above polices may be asked to leave the property with no refund provided.
Check in: 3:00 pm - Check out: 11:00 am
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit guaranties your reservation and we stop taking inquiries for that unit. Because we stop taking inquires people book their vacation elsewhere and we may not be able to rebook your unit on short notice. Sixty days prior to your reservation we will refund your deposit less a $25 dollar administration fee. For cancellations less than 30 days and we re-rent the unit we will refund your deposit less a $50 dollar cancellation charge.
